feeling my age.

My birthday was yesterday.  I don't feel 48 mentally, but sometimes I do, physically.  I found this cool old pencil in the basement here in my grandparent's house.  Remember these?

Hi Ann! Happy Birthday to you!
Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. We know so many people from Phoenix as they come our way during the summer to escape the heat. Maybe one day you will travel westward too, and we can meet you and your sweet potato girl. My son, Kyle, who's the same age as Sabine, started a blog himself after checking hers out. He's not quite as dedicated a blogger as Sabine. I always enjoy reading about what goes on in her sweet 12 year old world :o)

Cool pencil!

And happy belated birthday! I am 41 and I certainly don't feel my age (except when I get a crunch in my back). I feel like I'm 30. I don't know why, but I feel stuck at that age, probably because that was such a pivotal age for me.

Oh I do! Do you remember the fat pens that have about six colors, and you pushed down a lever to choose a color?

I feel stuck in my 30's, except for today when I mildly threw out my back. Oy.
